QB Board Reduction Slip (Layer 2)

Layer 2 of 2-layer QB workflow. When board order is fulfilled, QB officer reduces IX-PLATE (plates), IX-DESIGN (graphic print), and IX Small if ordered. Tiles NOT reduced here — handled by Layer 1.

QB Tile Reduction Slip (Layer 1)

Layer 1 of 2-layer QB workflow. When tile pull for sample boards is fulfilled, warehouse fills this slip. QB officer reduces tile SKUs by sqft. Must be processed before Layer 2.

Pool & Spa 6×6 Tile Pull & Display

Warehouse officer checks if each of the 11 Pool & Spa colorways is visible on the floor. If found, stack side by side. If not found, pull 300 pcs from inventory. Goal: all 11 colorways lined up for customer comparison.
