WHAT TO DO
Step 1: Create 3 new items in QuickBooks (table below).
Step 2: Verify all 62 tile items exist and enter their stock (pages 2–4).
No assemblies needed — inventory is reduced through reduction slips (TSK-044 & TSK-045).
STEP 1 — CREATE THESE 3 ITEMS
Item List → Item → New → Inventory Part for each.

HOW INVENTORY GETS REDUCED (2 LAYERS)
LAYER 1 — TILE PULL (TSK-044)
Warehouse pulls tiles for boards.
Fills a Tile Reduction Slip.
QB officer reduces each tile SKU by sqft.
What gets reduced: Tile inventory (sqft)
LAYER 2 — BOARD ORDER (TSK-045)
Boards are assembled and shipped.
Fills a Board Reduction Slip.
QB officer reduces plates, design, station.
What gets reduced:
• IX-PLATE — 1 per board
• IX-DESIGN — 1 per board
• IX-SMALL — only if ordered
Layer 1 must be done before Layer 2. Tiles are never reduced in Layer 2.
TILE SIZE QUICK REFERENCE
2.5×8 → 3 tiles/board → 0.3333 sqft
4×4 → 4 tiles/board → 0.4444 sqft
2.5×7.5 → 3 tiles/board → 0.3906 sqft
2×6 → 4 tiles/board → 0.3333 sqft
2×10 → 4 tiles/board → 0.5556 sqft
6×6 → 2 tiles/board → 0.5000 sqft
