Problem: board plate supplier is in Turkey. Coordination via email and WhatsApp across time zones. No item-level visibility. Language barrier — supplier team doesn't use English interfaces.
Eight phases: placed, acknowledged, sourcing, production, quality-check, packing, dispatched, delivered. Item-level completion tracking — completed quantity per SKU. Timestamps and actor recorded at each phase.
Full Turkish interface using TR_LABELS and TR_PHASE_LABELS constants. Supplier sees assigned orders, advances phases, updates quantities, creates shipments with carrier and ETA. Three design types: etiketli, baskılı, düz.
Outcome: real-time overseas production visibility. Item-level tracking. Shipment management with ETA. Eliminated email-based coordination entirely.
